Emma received a lot of great gifts - she is very spoiled & really grateful. I love her spirit. Every time she opened a gift, she practically screamed, "WHAT?! I wanted this toy!!"

Christmas so far...

We've only had Christmas with my Dad & Peggy so far.... plenty more to come.

Halloween!

Emma's preschool had a "Harvest Party" for Halloween. Since we couldn't do ghosts, monsters, witches, or devils at the school party, Emma was a cowgirl. A pretty darn cute one, too!

Then for actual Trick or Treating, Emma was a witch. Not just any witch, though, a good one. Which is why her face is white instead of green. It looked friendlier... 

The witch on the left here scared Dan more than it did Emma... but she wouldn't go up to that house alone... it was pretty spooky!!

Since it started freezing rain half way through, we only went down 1 & 1/2  streets. They were giving away handfuls of candy at each house, so even 1 & 1/2 streets of houses was almost a full bucket.

Getting Pumpkins

We took a ride to Big Reds a couple weekends ago to get pumpkins. The area around there is so pretty this time of year.
